NTS Technical Systems is Now Element U.S. Space & Defense

We are pleased to share the exciting news that NTS Technical Systems has officially changed its name to Element U.S. Space & Defense. As you may recall, in September 2022, Element Materials Technology purchased NTS, the NTS organization was divided, and NTS Technical Systems was established with a business focused on serving the Space and Defense industrial bases. The next logical step in our evolution is to have our new name match our identity and the core markets we serve.

The Space and Defense markets are core to our existence. NTS has a proud 60-year history supporting these industries and their missions. We are building on this legacy as the premier supplier of testing services to you, the U.S. Government, and the U.S. industrial base.

We will continue to operate with the same facilities, trusted workforce and management team, utilizing current and new capabilities, and under the same accreditations. Our name change is one part of our strategic plan to invest in and grow our Space and Defense testing service offerings.

Although our name has changed and we will be doing business as Element U.S. Space & Defense, our legal name will remain NTS Technical Systems. Doing so allows us to continue working under your existing contracts, purchase orders, and agreements written to NTS Technical Systems. We will continue to accept orders written to NTS Technical Systems as we understand it may take time to change our name within your system. However, we kindly request that you change our name within your systems to Element U.S. Space & Defense as soon as possible to ensure there are no delays on future orders.

For now, we will continue with business-as-usual. Over the next several months you will notice changes to our branding, facilities, and documentation as we shift from NTS to Element U.S. Space & Defense.
