NTS Detroit Expands Dyno Test Capabilities and Capacity

NTS’ Automotive Center of Excellence in Detroit, MI is pleased to announce the addition of two new 600 HP dynamometers to their already extensive dyno lab.These new test stands will execute 600 HP regenerative dyno performance testing of electric and hybrid vehicle powertrains in environmental chambers, with DC supplied by a 600V/600A battery simulator. Additionally, the new dyno’s enable NTS to perform 4 quadrant testing.The Detroit staff are specialists in the design and construction of high-speed back-to-back dyno rigs and controls for EV and HEV motor endurance and thermal cycle testing.
